Legal notes and General Conditions of Use of the DiGi Group websites
Premise
These General Conditions of Use determine the access rules to the DiGi Group sites and their conditions of use that each user declares to accept without reservation, simply by connecting to them.
The Specific Conditions determine the rules for use of the specific service for downloading the logos, photos and press releases, whose access is determined by the signing of these Specific Conditions.

Trademarks and logos are the property of their legitimate owners and are shown on the Sites for a visual identification of the clientele or of the partners of the Sites. The graphics and layout are the intellectual property of Gruppo DiGi.
Information and data present on the Sites are the exclusive property of Gruppo DiGi and are protected by the laws of copyright, trademark law and more generally by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code or by any right recognized by the legislation in force.
Unless otherwise indicated, the copying, presentation, downloading, dissemination, modification, reproduction, integral or partial, of all or part of the elements that make up the Sites are prohibited, unless prior explicit authorization of the legitimate owners.

10. Law in force and attribution of competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Use are governed by Italian law and the user, by accepting these documents, irrevocably accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian jurisdiction.
